For over the past 30+ years as a drummer, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a number of different musicians in a wide variety of settings. Some of which were: performing the club circuit throughout the Northeast with Mendoza, to performing in front of thousands at the Syracuse OnCenter with Joshua’s Way (featuring Jared Campbell). I’ve personally studied with Chris Adams co-author of the New Breed II, and I’ve also had the opportunity to study at Drummer’s Collective in New York City with some of the world’s finest drummers. As a studio drummer, my goal is to lay down the best foundation for your project that will allow the rest of your musicians build upon, and to shine as well.
Jay has contributed to The Haywire Hopefuls by recording drums for the song “Common Ties”.
